Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful fianc JP at Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky father. People often recognize me as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my life from ups to the downs. My parents brought me into America in the year 1990 when I was only one and a half years old. I would not be able to share my story with you today without my parents' efforts to work for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. My parents inspired me and helped me become prosperous. Within my head, I could see the path I wanted to take for life. You go to college and graduate. Wed. Buy a house. Get kids. My life that I imagined for myself wasn't what it turned out. The job I held in 2013 was something I dreaded. Status and money did not bring me joy. I felt I was wasting away my existence to get a pay check. While I moved toward a new direction in my life, I realized the importance of personal training and that's the career path I was looking for. I am a lover for fitness, and I love being with people and help them. The year 2014 was the year that I established my company and it will be my 7th year anniversary by 2021. There are very few Asian women have a job in the industry of fashion. In the coaching industry I'm determined to make a difference through providing high-quality training that will help others become more healthy and happy. I am also committed to helping others become empowered so that they can reach their goals, follow their passions and live your life to the fullest. While my career was taking flight and I was advancing, my mom passed away. This loss is the hardest of all. To be in Heaven she now rests following an eight-year fight against Scleroderma. However, I carry the memory about her each day. If you don't realize it at first, life can be a bit elusive in providing us with what we truly require. The death of my mother has changed my life in a profound way and I think she was the one who gave me another chance to live my life. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. It was her time to begin her new life as I was given another chance to live a fulfilling and happy life. In my 30's I feel alive and aware of the fact that I live my life now and not merely existing like I was in my past. My goal in telling my story is to let you know that, you are not alone. I want you to believe that love is real and that therapy is common. Health is your greatest asset. I pray that you live your life to the fullest and that you die without regrets as death is the only thing promised to the people in our lives.
